amazing 2Those who know me well or follow me on instagram or Facebook know that I start each day with a positive quote.  I usually pick quotes that resonate with me; so when reading them each week, a theme may present itself.  The quotes will often symbolize or reflect what is happening in my life.  My daily quotes are kind of a gateway to my soul and my inner thoughts! It can become tiring to constantly explain people’s misplaced concerns about my daily protein intake.   I know people mean well and want what’s best for me, but believe it when I tell you, as a vegan I get plenty of protein. Studies have shown that about 75% of people stick to their goals for at least a week, 46% of people are still on target six months later, and only about 8% of people achieve their New Year’s Resolution.
