People are obsessed and focused on how vegans get their protein. As a vegan, I am bombarded with questions about protein all the time. It can become tiring to constantly explain people’s misplaced concerns about my daily protein intake. I know people mean well and want what’s best for me, but believe it when I tell you, as a vegan I get plenty of protein.
